Spring Arbor a Foundry Commercial Company
In 2022, we acquired Spring Arbor Senior Living and the collection of 24 Spring Arbor communities, which contain over 1,400 assisted living and memory care units throughout the mid-Atlantic.
With locations in Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia, Spring Arbor Senior Living is known as a premier operator of assisted living and memory care communities, employing more than 1,700 caring professionals.
