Foster Senior Living

In a joint venture partnership with Foster Senior Living, we acquire, develop, and manage seniors housing assets across the United States. Foster Senior Living manages all day-to-day operations of the communities, while we provide capital and transaction expertise.

Cascadia Senior Living

In 2021 we established a joint venture partnership with Cascadia Senior Living, a leading seniors housing developer and operator in the Pacific Northwest. Our partnership with Cascadia acquires, develops, and manages seniors housing assets primarily in Washington and the Pacific Northwest.

In 2022, we acquired Spring Arbor Senior Living and the collection of 24 Spring Arbor communities, which contain over 1,400 assisted living and memory care units throughout the mid-Atlantic.

With locations in Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia, Spring Arbor Senior Living is known as a premier operator of assisted living and memory care communities, employing more than 1,500 caring professionals.
