Alex Olofson is Vice President at Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG) in the Charlotte market. With nearly a decade of experience advising institutional and private clients, Alex specializes in the sale and capitalization of office and industrial assets across the Carolinas. Alex is known for his commitment to superior client service and for being a trusted partner. He leverages his understanding of market dynamics, valuation experience, and investor objectives to create significant value for his clients. Alex has facilitated over $500 million investment sales and lease transactions.
Prior to joining Foundry, Alex served as Vice President at Stream Realty Partners’ Capital Markets group. Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
