Amy MacLaren is Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial, where she leads Retail Brokerage, Project Leasing, and Tenant Representation throughout Texas while also supporting adaptive reuse, lifestyle, and mixed-use development projects nationally. With more than three decades of experience in retail, hospitality, and placemaking, MacLaren is known for her market expertise, strategic vision, and ability to create long-term value for clients and communities alike.
She has partnered with institutional landlords and capital partners to reposition and elevate dynamic retail environments across the U.S., blending merchandising creativity with disciplined execution. Prior to joining Foundry, MacLaren was First Vice President at CBRE, where she worked with premier brands including RH, Arhaus Furniture, Neiman Marcus, Richemont Brands, Kate Spade, Apple, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, REI, Trader Joe’s, Tupelo Honey, Starbucks, and Fifth Third Bank.
MacLaren is currently leading the retail curation of MidCity District in Huntsville, Alabama – a $2 billion, 140-acre mixed-use destination that is redefining the region. Her leadership at Foundry comes at a pivotal time for the retail sector, as evolving consumer behaviors and new technologies fuel its next era of growth.
