Amy joined from Southsource when the boutique brokerage merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023. While at Southsource, she stood up a brand identity, created a content marketing system, improved UX for stakeholders of the boutique brokerage, and took on leadership responsibilities as a principal of the company. Prior to Southsource, she was employed by JPX Works, Portman Holdings, and spent time consulting independently for clients spanning institutional investors to government agencies. She’s been involved in mixed-use, multifamily, office, hospitality, and infrastructure projects from investment strategy to asset disposition and everything in between.
Through her work, Amy became known as a “skeptical fixer” and a creative risk taker. Her approach was shaped by the most institutionalized experience, yet she’s mastered the art of connecting dots and incorporating the unexpected to maximize value. Amy lives in Atlanta’s Castleberry Hill with her husband Matt, and their two dogs.
