Bailey Webb serves as Marketing Manager for Foundry Commercial’s Atlanta office. In this role, Bailey is responsible for all of Atlanta’s creative and marketing strategy, design, and execution as well as supporting and contributing to business development and Foundry Atlanta’s growth. She partners with Foundry leadership and Atlanta brokerage, management, investment sales, and development and investment teams to produce compelling content for clients. Bailey conceptualizes and provides print, interactive, digital, and environmental assets that further advance property or building transactions and brand awareness efforts. Bailey also supports Spring Arbor Senior Living – acquired by Foundry in 2022 – across twenty-four communities throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.
With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Bailey has a passion for curating thoughtful brand extensions across multiple platforms and mediums for brand recognition and to encourage personable and positive engagement. Bailey is captivated by commercial real estate’s fast-pace and ever-changing environment. She appreciates the community’s cross-pollination and collaborative nature, in parallel with the prevailing entrepreneurial spirit.
Prior to joining Foundry, Bailey was a Senior Graphic Designer at Stream Realty Partners where she led a local creative and marketing team and serviced and consulted internal and external clients, while also contributing to Stream’s regional and national teams. At Stream, Bailey received internal recognition and awards for her design accomplishments and led the rebranding and community efforts for Lee + White, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2017 Best in Atlanta Real Estate Award winning project.
Outside of Foundry, Bailey volunteers at eyedrum, an art and music gallery committed to supporting local and international artists as they advance the boundaries of art through explorations of contemporary art and new media.
