Overview
Bella has nearly two years of experience working on commercial real estate investments, with a focus on Class A industrial buildings. She is currently a development and investments analyst at Foundry Commercial underwriting various investment opportunities across the Southeast and performing thorough market studies. Bella assists with all the required steps of an investment process, from underwriting a project to closing on the deal to helping manage the asset.
Bella graduated from the University of Florida’s business school with a degree in business administration in August 2022 and went on to graduate with a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) in April 2023. During her time in college, she served as the Vice President of Communications of the Real Estate Society, where she coordinated events and led the club’s marketing efforts.
Her first job opportunity within the commercial real estate industry was an internship with Cushman and Wakefield in the summer of 2020 where she worked closely with commercial real estate appraisers. Her second job in the industry was an internship with Foundry Commercial in the summer of 2022.
