Overview
Brenna Hubbard is a seasoned real estate and project management leader with more than a decade of experience overseeing high-rise office, suburban office, and retail assets, including the management and governance of commercial Property Owner’s Associations.
Prior to joining the Foundry team in January 2020, Brenna managed Class A high-rise office buildings in New York City while completing her graduate studies. She earned her Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University in 2019, reinforcing her investment-minded, owner-focused approach centered on long-term value and highest-and-best-use strategies.
Brenna is recognized for delivering proactive, value-driven oversight, leveraging multi-state operational experience, strong leadership, and effective stakeholder alignment across her portfolio.
Currently, Brenna manages three high-rise office buildings and leads complex commercial POA operations within active development environments. Her hands-on approach supports disciplined execution, operational excellence, and sustained asset value.
Brenna has been an active member of BOMA Orlando since 2020, currently serves on multiple committees, and is pursuing her BOMI RPA Designation.
