Overview
Cam is a Senior Analyst on the Development & Investments team at Foundry Commercial, where he supports acquisition, development, and asset management initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. In this role, he leverages a strong foundation in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution to help drive investment performance and strategic growth.
Prior to joining Foundry, Cam was a Financial Analyst at Landeavor Managers, a Tampa-based horizontal land development firm focused on master-planned communities throughout the Southeast and Texas, with a growing presence in the build-to-rent (BTR) sector. At Landeavor, he split time between acquisitions and asset management, contributing to both the evaluation of new investment opportunities and the ongoing performance of active projects.
Before Landeavor, Cam worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at BlackStar Capital, a Boston-based family office specializing in middle-market multifamily investments. Given the entrepreneurial nature of the firm, he wore many hats, focusing primarily on sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions while also supporting asset management functions.
Cam holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. He competed in Division I baseball at both institutions during his academic career.
