Before joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Julie spent over 15 years with Faison and Associates. She was recognized for her exemplary performance handling temporary leasing programs in Faison’s mall portfolio, as well as training new temporary leasing agents in six other centers. She was promoted and moved to the corporate office in Charlotte to apply her talents as a permanent leasing agent. There she consistently exceeded leasing budget guidelines for all properties to include regional malls, super regional malls, strip centers and lifestyle centers within the Faison portfolio.
Julie also spent 2 and half years as a Leasing Agent for Kahn Development Company in Columbia, SC. She was responsible for the marketing and leasing of shopping centers, strip centers and new shopping center developments in Virginia and the Carolina’s.
Throughout her career she has been recognized as a top performer and has applied a positive and tenacious attitude toward troubled centers in order to reduce vacancies and increase income, as well as completing deals with many notable retailers to include Conn's, Five Guys, Gabes, Dollar Tree, Michael’s, Rooms to Go, Wild Wings, Dunkin Donuts and Moe’s SW.
