Chuck Davis was previously a Portfolio Manager in MetLife Investment Management’s Real Estate Equity Strategies Group. In this capacity Mr. David led the effort to develop MetLife’s investment management business. During his 28-year MetLife tenure, he was involved in over $9 billion in mortgage originations and over $4 billion of equity investments including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development. He has more than 38 years of active real estate industry experience. Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from the University of Florida and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University.
