Dale Peterson is a Managing Director within Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group, specializing in the sale of office, flex and industrial assets across North Florida on behalf of institutional, private and corporate clients. Dale Peterson has extensive transactional experience in numerous Florida markets and was previously with CBRE, leading their capital markets investment sale platform in Tampa. Prior to CBRE, Dale was a principal and city co-leader of the Tampa office of Trammell Crow Company.
