Debbie Estrada serves as a Senior Real Estate Manager for Foundry Commercial in Raleigh, North Carolina. She oversees Globe Center, a premier 8 building, 850,000 square foot industrial complex conveniently located near the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, providing financial and operational oversight for clients while ensuring excellent tenant and vendor relationships.
Before joining Foundry Commercial, Debbie worked as a Senior Property Manager with Craig Davis Properties for 13 years, managing a diverse portfolio in the Triangle area, including Class A Office, Medical Office, and Industrial properties.
A native of North Carolina, Debbie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration and is an avid Tar Heel. In her free time, Debbie likes to spend time with her family at Emerald Isle. She is active in Triangle CREW.
