Overview
Following her relocation to Nashville, Emalee Bocanegra joined Foundry Commercial in June 2023 to begin her career in commercial property management. She oversees building operations for a 250,000 square foot Class AA office and retail asset. Emalee brings a solutions driven and tenant-focused approach to ensure the property operates efficiently while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen and playing golf.
