Overview
Finn Boynton has over four years of professional experience in commercial real estate, with additional internship experience in acquisitions and asset management. As Senior Associate and Hub Lead at Foundry Commercial, Finn leads a team of eight analysts and associates, managing fund reporting and supporting new investment strategies across the platform. He tracks and analyzes key business metrics for acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and investor reporting.
Before joining Foundry, Finn was an Acquisitions Analyst at Four Springs Capital Trust, where he helped double the company’s portfolio size and contributed to its IPO process. He began his real estate career at Boynton Commercial Real Estate, gaining experience in multifamily acquisitions, financial modeling, and asset management.
Outside of work, Finn enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing.
Education
- Finn earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut, where he was a member of the Division 1 golf team and part of the Big East Championship-winning team.
