Jana Whitaker serves as Director for the Property Management for Foundry Commercial leading the property management team in Charlotte, NC. The team manages over 12 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties. In addition, Jana works with Foundry’s leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships.

Her experience includes over 23 years managing various asset classes from office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets including multiple properties with a wide range of tenant bases from single tenant users, multi-tenant buildings, and government tenants. Jana takes great pride in working closely with her clients to achieve their operational and financial goals while using her extensive experience to deliver best-in-class service.
