With over 20 years of experience in commercial property management, Janel Iglesias has built a career on fostering strong tenant relationships, optimizing property operations, and ensuring assets run smoothly and efficiently. She has managed a variety of properties, ranging from high-rise office buildings to shopping centers and industrial spaces, always focusing on financial performance, lease administration, and exceptional service to both owners and tenants.
Janel takes pride in the ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and lead teams while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture—whether it’s budgeting, capital projects, or day-to-day property operations. Currently, she focuses on properties mainly in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
When not managing properties, Janel can likely be found outdoors—hiking, fishing, or camping, embracing the adventure and fresh air. Janel brings that same passion for exploration and adaptability into work, always ready to tackle challenges and find creative solutions.
