Overview
Jerod Hangartner brings a combined 18 years of experience in industrial brokerage services, leasing, acquisition, development, asset management, and portfolio management. Before joining Foundry Commercial, Jerod managed the Dallas office of a Texas based brokerage firm.
Other previous roles were held with real estate investment firms, where he served as Vice President of Asset Management, as well as industrial brokerage services roles. While in asset management, Jerod was responsible for the operation of industrial and flex product portfolios positioned in Texas, the Midwest and Northern California. This totaled over 15 million square feet of industrial portfolio and at that time, was valued at $1.3 billion.
Jerod serves his clients with his tremendous experience and client-first approach. He has completed more than 200 transactions, valued at $250 million.
