As Senior Vice President Retail Leasing Florida with Foundry Commercial, Jill Gull is responsible for leading the retail leasing for the State of Florida. She has extensive historical experience with landlord/tenant representation, land sales/ ground leases, big box lease negotiations, and office landlord leasing. Throughout her tenure, she has executed over $100 million in lease and sales transactions. She is an experienced veteran in the industry, representing both institutional and local owners of regional power centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use office portfolios. Ms. Gull is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and a member of ICSC and NAIOP.
