Jim Allaire serves as Principal for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, NC office and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and R&D facilities throughout the Research Triangle region. He brings over 25 years of experience to the team and is consistently among the top performers within the market.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Jim was a principal member of the Industrial Services Group for Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer Raleigh. Over the past 10 years, Jim has participated in the sale of over 100 premier office and R&D facilities totaling over 21 million square feet and $1.5 billion in value. These have included pharmaceutical, microelectronics, data center and laboratory facilities as well as general industrial buildings. He is also one of the region’s most accomplished land brokers. In addition to providing site selection services for key clients, he has been involved in the sale of some of the premier business mixed-use sites in the region, including the 1,000-acre Veridea project in Apex and over 2,000 acres in and around Research Triangle Park.
