Larry serves as a Senior Chief Engineer of Foundry Commercial, bringing 33 years of commercial HVAC and real estate engineering, operations, due diligence, construction and management experience. Larry’s responsibilities include leadership of the engineering platform. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Larry spent 26 years with Hines, most recently as Engineering Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. At Hines, he led engineering leadership in the Carolinas. Larry has spent the past 27 years actively involved in commercial real estate.
