Experience
Lynette Eginger currently serves as a Real Estate Manager for Foundry Commercial in Charlotte, NC and is responsible for a portfolio of over half a million square feet of retail space and three Business Park Owner Associations. Lynette has 18 years of Property Management experience including residential, industrial, medical and retail space.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Lynette started her career in residential real estate, moving from a leasing position with A.G. Spanos, a developer, to a Sr. Community Manager with Greystar. Lynette then began a position as a Facility Manager with Lincoln Harris which started her on the path into commercial real estate, overseeing Airport Center and various medical spaces. Lynette takes pride in having an excellent reputation with her owners, tenants, vendors and coworkers. Lynette also brings with her a strong knowledge of financials and managing budgets.
Originally from a small town called Fishkill, NY in the Hudson Valley, Lynette moved to Charlotte with IBM in 1993. In her free time, Lynette enjoys shopping, camping with her husband and spending time with their grandchildren.
