Overview
Maria Lombardi serves as Senior Associate Broker with Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh-Durham Industrial Services Team, specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial facilities throughout the Research Triangle and surrounding markets. With more than four years of commercial real estate experience, Maria focuses on both landlord and tenant representation, advising institutional and private owners, developers, and users across a wide range of industrial product types. Since joining Foundry Commercial, Maria has been involved in over 230 transactions totaling more than 2.3 million square feet and over $290 million in lease, sale, and fee volume. She is an active leasing representative on more than 7 million square feet of industrial space. Her experience includes working with leading institutional ownership groups such as Clarion Partners, Link Industrial, UBS Realty Advisors, Invesco, and Summit Real Estate Group, as well as numerous local warehouse owners. Maria is known for her detailed, data-driven approach and her ability to creatively position assets through strategic marketing, branding, and market analytics. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, bringing energy, precision, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every assignment, and consistently strives to maximize value and execution for both owners and users.
