Experience
Martin Mercado is a Project Management Professional based in Boca Raton, FL. Although his career started in design as a Senior Store Designer and Planner for Macy’s Inc., he discovered a hidden passion for the construction industry after transitioning into it. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Martin served as a Lead Project Manager for JLL on the Bank of America account in the Southeast Region. In this role, he worked on conceptual design, planning, budgeting, and development, overseeing all phases of construction and providing business excellence as an owner’s representative. His additional experience includes a wide variety of projects ranging from restaurants, shopping centers, and malls to the design and construction of various retail stores.
