Overview
Matthew McIntosh is a Managing Director of Investment Management for Foundry Commercial focusing on Asset Management for the FIM Funds. Matthew has over $6B of institutional asset management experience across all major property types in the Southeast. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, he was an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate focusing on asset management. Most recently, Matthew led a team of professionals managing PGIM’s industrial assets in the Southeast. His team’s responsibilities included business plan creation/implementation, lease negotiation, capital improvement execution, and property and leasing team management. During his tenure at PGIM, Matthew oversaw the development of more than 5M SF of industrial space; 3,000 multifamily units; and 200K SF of office space totaling more than $1.5B in total capitalization. He also served as PGIM Real Estate’s Program Lead in its global partnership with YouthBuild, a non-profit organization serving opportunity youth. Before joining PGIM, Matthew was an Investment Associate at Stonelake Capital Partners responsible for underwriting new transactions and managing owned assets across the major markets in Texas. Prior to that, he was an Associate at mortgage banking firm Trinity Real Estate Finance in Austin, TX focused on sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate loans.

Matthew volunteers with the Metro Atlanta YouthBuild Collaborative. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, fishing, and playing lacrosse.
