Mike specializes in office tenant advisory where he partners with tenants to help them develop and execute fully customized real estate strategies from start to finish. By crafting a strategy that aligns with each client’s broader business objectives and drawing on his previous experience, Mike ensures each client’s space maximizes recruitment and retention efforts while simultaneously promoting company culture, core values, and goals.
Prior to joining Foundry, he worked in the Executive & Retained Search space where he managed Professional to Executive-level Search Projects helping clients secure top talent within the Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Legal, IT, and Engineering industries.
Mike is an avid golfer, saltwater fly-fisherman, and proud alumni of Florida State University.
