Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, was Senior Vice President of Retail Development and investment at Trammell Crow overseeing all aspects of development for the company’s ground-up retail projects throughout Florida.
Served as Florida Real Estate representative for McDonald’s Corporation for more than 8 years.
Significant development projects include the redevelopment of Posner Commons, a former Boardwalk and Baseball/Circus World property that sat dormant for nearly a decade. Located at U.S. 27 and Interstate-4 in Davenport, Florida, the site was redeveloped into a 630,000 SF center that included Target, J.C. Penny, Belk. Dick’s, Ross and other major retailers.
