Carlin Beekman serves as the marketing coordinator for Foundry Commercial’s Religious, Education, & Not-For-Profit Group. She supports brokers across the Foundry platform in multiple states. Carlin serves as the team’s quarterback, tracking each property and project, ensuring that our partners receive the best possible work and care from the Religious, Education, & Not-For-Profit Group. Carlin prepares and distributes marketing materials/packages including maps, aerials, team marketing pieces, and brochures. She coordinates and manages mailings, creates mass email campaigns, as well as assists the team with preparing and updating client-specific reports. Carlin also aides in property and demographic research and maintains marketing databases.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Carlin spent time with the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce leading their full marketing effort, including international marketing campaigns and creating a brand-centric strategy across multiple platforms. Before that, Carlin spent time working in brand development, and assisting non-profits and churches in their organization and marketing efforts.
