  • Developed in excess of 3.2 million square feet of industrial developments throught Central Florida and the Tampa Bay region
  • Managed the development of Major Utility headquarters facility (225,000 square feet) in St. Petersburg, Florida, and led the design of new operations centers throught Central Florida
  • Launched presence for major Southeast REIT in 1995 in Orlando
