Ken Wygle

Experience 

Ken Wygle joined Foundry in 2022 as a Vice President in the Retail Services division and brings 20 years of experience to the retail leasing and brokerage team for the Carolinas. His background primarily includes experience in leasing grocery-anchored and regional power centers, mixed-use developments, and outparcel development.

For the last 16 years, Ken has worked with Weingarten Realty (now Kimco Realty) as a Leasing Executive in the Carolinas and, more recently, Vice President, Regional Leasing Director responsible for a portfolio of over 30 shopping centers totaling over 3 million square feet in the GA, TN, and KY markets. His experience includes working with local tenants, as well as most national retailers, such as Kroger, TJX, Burlington, Michaels, Petsmart, REI, Ulta, Walgreens, Five Below, McDonald's, Panera, and Starbucks.

Ken is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ken is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and involved with Corral Riding Academy - a Triangle-area non-profit organization focused on helping at-risk youth.
