With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Patrick is widely recognized for his deep understanding of the Raleigh/Durham real estate market, working closely with his clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, and helping them navigate the complex commercial real estate landscape. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Patrick held positions at Duke Realty and Trinity Partners, where he developed a reputation as a trusted advisor. He has worked with a wide range of clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and life sciences.
Patrick is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is an active member of several non-profit organizations, including Neighbor To Neighbor, Interfaith Food Shuttle, and Habitat For Humanity. In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
