Experience
Reid Hanner serves as Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial in Atlanta. He has been active in the Atlanta commercial real estate market in multiple capacities for the past several years. Mr. Hanner has been involved in over 500 real estate transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in volume on behalf of his institutional, regional, and local clients. Since joining Foundry, Reid and his partner, Jordan Camp have procured business from some of the largest institutional owners in industrial real estate, including KKR, Brookfield, ARA, High Street, and Berkeley Partners to name a few.
Prior to joining Foundry, Reid worked within Stream Realty’s industrial services division in Atlanta. During his tenure, the team grew its leasing and management portfolio from six million feet to over ten million feet; securing accounts with Blackstone, RREEF Property Trust, DRA Advisors, Liberty Property Trust, Cabot Properties, Goddard Investment Group, and Circle Industrial. He also served as leasing agent on the company’s first Southeast industrial development, a speculative 280,000 square foot, Class A distribution center located along Atlanta’s I-85 S corridor. Reid began his career at JLL in their Atlanta office.
