– For over 25 years, Bob has helped companies optimize business location decisions and reduce
capital costs through maximizing economic incentives.
– Bob has led all aspects of site selection, incentives negotiation, and incentive compliance
activities for Fortune 50 companies, leading to hundreds of millions of dollars of federal, state, and local discretionary incentive approvals.
– Bob began his career in economic development in the late 1990s, supporting the City of Anaheim’s business retention and attraction efforts. For over two decades, Bob worked for public accounting firms Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG LLP, leading each firm’s incentives practice in the New England region.
– Bob’s experience supporting global companies in developing a holistic and unified economic incentives process within their organizations has led to meaningful and enduring operational savings in terms of growth, consolidation, and continuity.
– Bob has partnered with tax and economic development organizations throughout the years, participating in speaking engagements and serving as a committee member for forums such as the Institute for Professionals in Taxation’s Credits & Incentives Symposium.
