Sharon Gottfried serves as Project Manager for Foundry Commercial in Nashville. Sharon has over 10 years of real estate and project management experience and is responsible for project oversight and management for the Tennessee market. She has a managed a wide variety of CapEx projects, tenant improvements, ground-up developments, and commercial renovations for multiple high-profile clients and institutions across North America.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Sharon served as the Transition Excellence Manager for ISS Guckenheimer in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this capacity, she led the design, build out, and implementation of new site acquisitions for multiple tech, commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial assets.
