Experience
Pryse is responsible for overseeing all of Foundry’s real estate investments and Foundry Commercial’s Development and Investments team. Under Pryse’s leadership, Foundry has acquired and/or developed $4 billion of real estate investments since 2014, and Foundry is currently active on more than $2.7 billion of investments today. Prior to Foundry, Pryse served as Southeast Regional Director for the New Boston Fund where he oversaw acquisitions and asset management in the Southeast for this vertically-integrated investment management platform. He has also served as CEO and President of Washington Real Estate Partners and Managing Director and Partner with Faison and Greystar. Pryse began his career at Trammell Crow Company, starting as an industrial leasing agent and growing to be responsible for all real estate operations in South Florida, and development and investments sales for the State of Florida.
