Overview
Stacy Coulter is a seasoned professional with an extensive background across a variety of asset types and ownerships, where she has built a 20-year property management career on adaptability, strategic thinking, and exceptional service to team, tenants, and clients. The foundation laid at Trammell Crow Company in Houston at the start of her career established strong fundamentals for the business and relational side of commercial real estate and shaped her approach across industries. During a hiatus to focus on raising children, Stacy was able to apply principles learned to entrepreneurial endeavors. A move to Dallas ultimately brought her back to her property management roots, with valuable years spent at Younger Partners and JLL over the last ten years managing high-performance teams and working with premier clients. Stacy is excited to bring her diverse experience, team leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to Foundry and to continue growing and contributing to the industry.
