Experience
Caitlin Quinlan serves as a Senior Associate on the Industrial Brokerage Team working alongside Justin Ruby and the Central FL Industrial Team. Caitlin specializes in industrial leasing where she is active in Landlord Representation in Tampa and along the I-4 Corridor. She has a passion for building long-lasting relationships and has done so in her role of business development in the construction industry over the last five years. Her previous experience in Engineering, Subcontracting, and General Contracting & Construction Management Services has provided her with a unique background and a deep understanding of client needs.
Prior to joining Foundry, Caitlin served as the Director of Business Development for a commercial landscaping contractor, securing contracts with Moffitt Cancer Center and BayCare within the first year. Caitlin received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 2014 before joining the construction industry. Now, a resident of Tampa, she is excited to be a part of the major growth throughout Central FL.
