Jennifer Zeoli began her career in residential construction in 2000, then transitioned into commercial property management after obtaining her Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Broker license in 2006.
Jennifer has managed commercial property in Nashville for 16 years for Cushman & Wakefield, Sealy & Company and Vastland Companies before finding her home at Foundry Commercial in 2019.
The assets Jennifer currently manages and has managed over the course of her career include industrial, retail and Class A & B office property in Mississippi, Kentucky and Middle Tennessee. Jennifer’s responsibilities include Client relationships, business development, drafting annual budgets, performing monthly financials, managing vendor service contracts and invoicing, expense reconciliation and assisting with project management. Most importantly Jennifer is responsible for the support and oversight of the Nashville Property Management team.
Jennifer has assisted with the commissioning and dispositioning of assets including participation and execution of due diligence.
