Overview

Tina is part of the Development & Investments team in Boca Raton, FL, where she is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisition and development opportunities across a range of asset types, including industrial, office, healthcare, and retail. Her role involves conducting detailed market research, building financial models, and preparing investment committee materials to support strategic decision-making. Tina works closely with internal teams and external partners to navigate the entire investment process, from underwriting and capitalization to due diligence and closing, for projects across Southeast and Texas.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Tina was a key member of the research team at Green Street, where she authored over 20 research reports covering various commercial real estate topics such as property insurance, fiscal and public policies, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and lodging sectors. Her insights were recognized in the Wall Street Journal, where she was quoted regarding Brightline’s impact on the South Florida real estate. Her background also includes internships in acquisitions and development with APPA Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management, where she underwrote over $2 billion in transactions, prepared investment memos, and conducted due diligence for multifamily, office, and industrial assets.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Chapman University in Orange County, CA. She is also a CFA Charterholder. Originally from Ukraine, Tina values staying connected to her cultural roots. She enjoys exploring Ukrainian art, literature, and cuisine in her free time, as well as engaging with local cultural communities.
