Overview
Vanessa Sea is a Managing Director, Foundry Investment Management. She is responsible for raising FIM Funds, business development for new FIM Funds, Consultant Relations and Investor Relations. Vanessa has over 18 years of experience across distribution channels and consultant relations, with her most recent leadership roles including Head of Consultant Relations at.a $40 billion asset manager PanAgora and Global Head of Consultant Relations & North American Distribution at distressed debt firm, Mudrick Capital.
Vanessa’s past experience and responsibilities include developing and executing distribution strategies across multiple channels and geographies, creating new products and vehicles and structuring strategic partnerships to align investment managers with their clients.
Vanessa began her career in the Integrated Supply & Trading group at BP, Plc., where she held several roles on the trading floor including shipping gasoline from refineries to ports along the West Coast.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her daughter. Her favorite activities include traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants and finding unique, independent coffee shops.
