Prior to his tenure with Foundry Rick served as the President of Fidelis Realty Partners DFW, LLC where he was responsible for all acquisition, development and investment activity in the DFW metropolitan area. Under Rick’s leadership Fidelis DFW acquired and developed over 2.6 million square feet of retail with a total cost of $400 million. Prior to Fidelis, Rick served as the Chief Investment Officer for CNL Fund Management. During his tenure, CNL sponsored real estate funds completed over $2.5 billion in real estate investments across almost every asset class. Before joining CNL, Rick was a founding partner of Parkwood Real Estate Partners (Parkwood), a privately-held real estate investment company formed in 2005. While at Parkwood, Rick and his partners were responsible for sourcing and structuring over 60 real estate investments in office, retail and industrial assets with a total cost exceeding $1 billion. Prior to Parkwood Rick spent more than 17 years at Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where he served in many roles ending as a Senior Managing Director of the Development & Investment Group where he also served as a member of the company’s Operating Committee. Matthew serves as Managing Director, Development & Investments (D&I) where he co-leads Foundry’s retail investment platform. Based in Dallas, but with pursuits across the country, he is responsible for sourcing and executing retail investment opportunities. Matthew works closely with other associates throughout the business’s D&I and retail services parts to source investment opportunities, create programs, and raise funds for Foundry’s broader development and acquisition business.
Matthew draws on over a 20-year extensive real estate career specializing in development and acquisitions, including over 2.5 million square feet of development and over $2.5 billion of acquisitions.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Matthew served as COO and Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, where he led and managed 65 team members in Lincoln’s retail and mixed-use division engaged in development, acquisition, redevelopment, capital markets, leasing services, as well as asset, property, and construction management. During his nine years with Lincoln, he completed over 36 acquisitions and development deals with an aggregate value of $1.4 billion and raised and placed a $250 million single-tenant net lease fund. During his career, he has also been Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for The Retail Connection as well as Vice President of Development for The MGHerring Group, both in the greater Dallas metro. Prior to these positions, he worked for Prudential (PGIM) in New Jersey and The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC.

Ford Gibson is a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His development portfolio includes more than 16.5 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, manufacturing, and multifamily projects. He started in the business in Boston with Spaulding and Slye. After 6 years there he moved to Spectrum Properties in Charlotte and finally landing in South Florida with the Codina Group. Ford has led development teams on award-winning projects throughout South Florida and the east coast.
For more than 14 years he was instrumental in the growth of the Codina Group, first as the head of Codina Development then as the President of the entire group. While he was there he was the winner of many of the real estate industries most prized awards. Among them he was four times named Developer of the Year by the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks South Florida Chapter, twice named the Developer of the Year by the Industrial Association of Dade County, and in each year of his tenure at least one of his projects won individual awards from those two organizations. After he left Codina to start Gibson Development Partners he continued his string by landing another Building of the Year award from NAIOP. In addition, under Mr. Gibson’s leadership, Codina’s Medical Arts Building at Baptist won the BOMA World Wide Building of the Year.

Prior to Foundry, Rayanne was the Controller at Vision Hospitality Construction (VHC), a $125MM+ company specializing in construction for the hospitality industry in Florida, New Jersey, and Illinois. She helped VHC become incorporated, overseeing the process from inception to closure including leadership support, financials setup such as accounting, inventory, and payroll, as well as staff oversight for her team of 20 employees. Rayanne also assisted with bidding new projects, permitting, marketing, & lending. She was responsible for bringing in 45MM+ of new projects for VHC. Rayanne went on to receive her general contractors license for the State of Florida to maintain Vision Hospitality Construction’s qualification, but eventually assisted with the liquidation of their active projects portfolio.

Jason Holwerda joined the Foundry Commercial team as the Nashville Market Leader in 2014 after spending the first 10 years of his career with Crescent Communities, LLC in leasing and development. As Market Leader Jason is responsible for the overall Nashville business unit and the day-to-day operation as well as maintaining and servicing a number of clients both local and institutional. Jason also serves as the deal principal for the Nashville region and is responsible for sourcing and deploying Foundry capital in the region.
Throughout his brokerage career, Jason has leased over 5 million square feet both on the Landlord and Tenant side of transactions which total more than $1 Billion in total lease transaction volume. Prior to joining Avison Young, Don was the Director for the Capital Markets Group in Cushman & Wakefield, where he led his team to execute $500 million in transaction volume consisting over 10 million square feet from 2012 to 2015. Don was formerly President of Covenant Realty Advisors, LLC and worked with CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Vice President of Investment Properties. During his Tenure at CB Richard Ellis, Don sold investment properties totaling 16.9 million square feet, exceeding $1.3 billion in value from 2003 to 2007 and was top 5 annual producer in 2003. In 2007 alone Don participated in over $300 million of sales and leasing activity totaling more than 3.6 million square feet of office, industrial and land transactions. Don was named the 2004 NAIOP “Broker of the Year” and received the NAIOP “Sale of the Year” investment award four years in a row from 2003 – 2006 in addition to 2012 and 2013.

Ankoor Jivan serves as Vice President of Development & Investments for Foundry Commercial and has 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Since the inception of the Foundry D&I platform in 2013, AJ has been responsible for managing the Deal Hub, which executes investment analysis, capitalization, due diligence, closing, and portfolio management of all of Foundry’s acquisition and development activities. Additionally, AJ’s responsibilities also include providing leadership and oversight for all investment opportunities in Atlanta and South Florida as a Junior Deal Principle.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, AJ served as an Associate in the Southeast Region at New Boston Fund, a private equity real estate investment manager. Bill’s background includes 25 years of commercial real estate experience, 15 years of which were spent with Bank of America in Real Estate Investment Banking, construction lending, and structured finance groups. For eight of these years, Bill was a Managing Director within the CMBS Capital Markets group responsible for the origination and securitization of billions of dollars of commercial mortgages. Jonathan Balthrop serves as Executive Managing Director and Head of Investments for Foundry Commercial. Jonathan has 18 years of real estate and finance experience and oversees investments for the company’s Development & Investments business. Prior to his current role, Jonathan served as Vice President of Development & Investments for Foundry, where he has closed and/or capitalized over $4 billion in transaction volume.
Jonathan previously served as the Finance Manager for Foundry Commercial. In this role, Jonathan led the corporate finance, forecasting and capital planning of the company. He was also responsible for all M&A activity, as well as the asset management, dispositions and financing of the company’s legacy real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Jonathan served as Vice President of a real estate management and consulting firm. In this capacity, he led the company’s business development and financial operations, working with clients across the country to reposition real estate assets and improve financial performance throughout the Global Financial Crisis.
Jonathan began his career with the top-performing division of a Fortune 150 homebuilder, where he launched a 500-acre development in the center of a nationally recognized 7,000-acre mixed-use planned community.

Overview
Emily has over two years of experience working on commercial real estate investments, with a focus on Class A industrial and office buildings. She is currently a development and investments analyst at Foundry Commercial underwriting various investment opportunities across the Southeast and performing thorough market studies. Emily assists with all the required steps of an investment process, from underwriting a project to closing on the deal to helping manage the asset. Prior to working for Foundry, Emily started her career out of college as an equity asset management analyst for PCCP out of their Atlanta office where she helped manage roughly 15 different deals, some of which consisted of multiple buildings and/or distressed assets.
Emily graduated from Florida State University’s business school with a degree in finance and real estate in April 2021. During her time in college, she served as the President of the Real Estate Society and led multiple meetings, tours, and networking events. Her first job opportunity within the commercial real estate industry was an internship with the State Board of Administration of Florida’s Real Estate department where she worked closely with the acquisitions manager and assisted portfolio managers in analyzing investment opportunities. Emily then interned for USAA Real Estate’s summer internship program within their capital markets and portfolio management departments. Lastly, she worked for a local real estate appraisal in Tallahassee, FL while she finished her degree.

Andrew Sineni serves as Senior Vice President of User Development Services with Foundry Commercial, based in the firm’s Orlando office.
Sineni is relocating to Florida from the St. Louis, Mo. area, where he served with a global commercial real estate services and investment firm as the market leader for the company’s Project Management Group. His team was responsible for overseeing more than 60 projects totaling over a million square feet per year in nearly every CRE sector. In addition, his team led a multi-market account portfolio totaling over 10 million square feet and 8,000 locations globally.
Andrew has worked in the design and development fields since 2003. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the Director of Real Estate Development with RL Jones Properties and RLJ Construction, Inc., where he oversaw commercial developments and was responsible for operations, financial, leasing, and construction.
