Rick leads Foundry’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG), which handles investment sales and capital markets advisory services for investors, institutions, and corporate clients on a nationwide basis. During his 25+ year career in commercial real estate, Rick has negotiated more than $2 billion in commercial transactions on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Foundry, Rick was a founding partner at OakPoint Real Estate, advising clients in investment sales, real estate finance, deal structuring, corporate services, lease negotiations, and site selection. Prior to OakPoint, Rick served as managing director for ProVenture Commercial Real Estate for eleven years, after serving a seven-year tenure with Trammell Crow Company where he finished as area director for Middle Tennessee.
In between successful disposition and acquisition deals, this Texas A&M English major teaches Real Estate Finance classes at Foundry and likes to relax with his wife Robyn and five sons in Franklin.

Experience
Lucas serves as a Senior Analyst for the Investment Advisory Group (IAG) in Nashville, TN. He provides valuation expertise and financial analysis across all asset classes including industrial, office, medical, retail, and land.
Prior to joining Foundry, Lucas served as a Manager of Investments at Montecito Medical Real Estate, where he was responsible for underwriting and acquiring over $700M in medical office building opportunities. Responsibilities included cash flow forecasting, capital budgeting, and managing relationships with capital partners.
When he’s not in the office, Lucas enjoys traveling, skiing, or reading in one of Nashville’s many cafés.

Experience
Chris Hurd serves as a Partner and Investment Advisory Practice Leader in Atlanta. In this role, Chris is responsible for driving the overall growth of the brokerage, management, development and investment businesses in Atlanta. He also advises a wide range of owner occupiers, investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposition of office, industrial, retail and land assets.
Chris brings over 25 years of broad based experience in real estate brokerage, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions and private equity investment to his role. He has been involved as a broker or principal in office and industrial development/leasing, mixed use land acquisition and entitlement projects, master-planned development, and in corporate acquisition/reorganization.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Chris was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he led its Atlanta tenant advisory business and managed a team of over 50 brokerage professionals. He previously served in a similar role at CBRE. In 2007, he formed a closely held private equity group where he led investments in real estate and in a wholesale distribution company. Earlier in his career, Chris specialized in land development and brokerage with The St. Joe Company and with Grubb & Ellis.

Ally serves as the Vice President for the Investment Advisory Group in Nashville, TN. She is responsible for overseeing all acquisition and disposition assignments across all product types, from a property’s initial launch to market through final deal execution. Ally provides comprehensive market evaluations and effective sales strategies for private capital and institutional clients both locally and regionally. She has experience across all aspects of brokerage including industrial, office, retail, site selection, and land development.
Prior to Foundry Commercial, Ally launched her brokerage career at OakPoint Real Estate as a commercial real estate advisor focusing on tenant representation for office and retail, as well as corporate services. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Ally implemented a sales strategy for executive offsites and innovation workshops at the creative agency redpepper in Nashville. Prior to Nashville Ally spent several years in NYC, working at private work collective NeueHouse as Senior Manager of Brand Experience, and at Condé Nast with Architectural Digest creating marketing initiatives and custom experiences for advertising partners.
Outside the office, Ally enjoys trying out new Nashville restaurants in her East Nashville neighborhood with her husband John, and serves as Board President for non-profit Friends of Shelby Park and Bottoms.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President in Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG), which handles investment sales and capital markets advisory services for investors, institutions, and corporate clients on a nationwide basis. Over the course of his career, Andrew has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in leasing and sales across the United States and internationally. His seventeen years of experience, finance background, and thoughtful, analytical approach to commercial real estate transactions combine to help him achieve superior results for his clients.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Andrew managed over 750,000 SF of transactions for his clients during his tenure at OakPoint Real Estate. Before OakPoint, Andrew served as a Director of Dispositions for USI Real Estate, a division of Johnson Controls, in New York City, where he managed sales and subleases of corporate-owned real estate assets for Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Andrew served as Assistant Director, Consulting Services, for Savills Studley in New York City, where he provided strategic consulting and analysis on the negotiation and execution of some of the largest lease transactions handled by the firm.
Outside the office, Andrew is involved in education-related philanthropies, serves on the board of Nashville Classical Charter School, and finds time to travel the world.
