Lanier serves as the Analyst for the Multifamily Investment Sales Team. He is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he is responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
Prior to joining Foundry, Lanier served as an Asset Management Analyst at Dilweg. There, he was responsible for modeling office assets across the Southeast, conducting financial analysis, and producing reports for the firm’s Investment Committee.
Lanier earned dual degrees in economics and finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of the office, Lanier enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.

John Neal Manning serves as a Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial on the Multifamily Investments team in Raleigh, North Carolina. John’s team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Market Rate, LIHTC, Student Housing, and Land Development opportunities across the Carolinas. John has a comprehensive understanding of each market within the Carolinas and oversees business development, underwriting, marketing, and manages multiple transactions simultaneously. John has worked on over 100 transactions in his career totaling over $1.6 billion.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, John worked on the Colliers International’s Raleigh-Durham Multifamily Advisory team where he co-managed all team operations. John’s team was recognized as the 2019 and 2020 top producers with Colliers Raleigh/Durham.

Andrew joined Foundry Commercial’s Multifamily Investment Group in June of 2022 and brings a decade’s worth of knowledge to the platform. He specializes in multifamily investment and land development sales in the Central and Southwest Florida markets.
Andrew brings his clients a very detailed and hands-on approach to every business decision and transaction. He is constantly involved in every step from the initial underwriting and financial analysis, crafting and executing the marketing strategy, leading all property tours, managing all due diligence requirements, and closing procedures. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he has worked on multifamily, land development sites, industrial facilities and mixed-use portfolios valued over $450 million.
Andrew graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University where he received his degree in Business Management from the Lutgert College of Business, and he holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He has been featured in several publications including: Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine, Southeast Real Estate Business, and has received other various awards.
