John Neal Manning serves as a Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial on the Multifamily Investments team in Raleigh, North Carolina. John’s team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Market Rate, LIHTC, Student Housing, and Land Development opportunities across the Carolinas. John has a comprehensive understanding of each market within the Carolinas and oversees business development, underwriting, marketing, and manages multiple transactions simultaneously. John has worked on over 100 transactions in his career totaling over $1.6 billion.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, John worked on the Colliers International’s Raleigh-Durham Multifamily Advisory team where he co-managed all team operations. John’s team was recognized as the 2019 and 2020 top producers with Colliers Raleigh/Durham.

Experience
Andrew joined Foundry Commercial’s Multifamily Investment Group in June of 2022. He brings nearly a decade of experience within the commercial real estate industry and is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily assets in the Central and Southwest Florida markets.
Prior to joining Foundry Andrew worked for two international brokerage firms. Throughout his career in commercial real estate Andrew has worked on multifamily, land development sites, mixed-use portfolios, and industrial facilities valued over $400 million. He is a graduate of the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University and holds the CCIM designation.
