Justin Barker serves as Vice President for the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC markets. Focused on increasing Foundry Commercial’s presence in the greater Washington, DC region and servicing current client needs for tenant advisor, investment sales, acquisitions and site selection. As a fourth generation Washingtonian, Justin has a strong understanding of the market and its complexities.

Prior to working in commercial real estate brokerage Justin worked in sales, marketing and business development for a non-profit as well as a boutique conference production company. While at the National Apartment Association, Justin began working with supplier members, consulting on industry involvement and marketing opportunities for conference sponsorship, advertising and supplier council involvement. While working in the National Lease Program, Justin was able to increase annual revenue, year over year by more than 15 percent through the development and execution of a strategic market and product development plan. An experience that supplied a strong understanding of the multifamily industry, property management technology as well as the complexities of the non-profit industry.

Justin’s multi-industry experience in addition to working in commercial real estate, has provided a unique perspective while servicing clients. Eliza Gordon is a Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial, where her focus is on advising owners and developers on their leasing efforts in the Charlotte market.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Eliza spent 10 years with JLL as a Vice President in the New York City office. At JLL, she worked on the agency team for various buildings through out Lower Manhattan, ranging from an 8 million sf office complex to a 270,000 sf government-owned office building. Her expertise includes leading space tours, lease activity reporting, marketing, financial analysis, lease negotiations, and broker outreach. Grace joined Foundry Commercial’s Atlanta Office leasing team in June 2023. She and her team are responsible for office landlord representation in the greater Atlanta area. Prior to Foundry, Grace spent over 10 years as an in-house leasing agent leasing Atlanta Property Group’s office portfolio.

While at APG, Grace and her team executed over 900 transactions resulting in over $441 million in new rental income. As an in-house leasing agent, Grace learned a great deal about an owners’ approach to acquiring, operating and disposing of office buildings. This experience gives her invaluable insight into the unique challenges and objectives office owners face.

Grace is an Atlanta native, and lives in Brookhaven with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time in Highlands, NC, as well as cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team every Saturday in the fall.

Bessie is a tenant rep specializing in office and work spaces, bringing invaluable energy and enthusiasm to her clients’ search and transaction processes. Her career began in the summer of 2020 as an intern for Southsource, and at the same time she participated in Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE’s weekly virtual exposure program. Upon her graduation the following year, she joined Southsource full-time as an associate tenant rep and remained in that role until Southsource merged with Foundry in mid-2023.

Clients benefit from Bessie’s innate ability to build and maintain relationships and her excellent attention to style and design. Uniquely, her past experience is largely influenced by her role helping the tenant rep team implement new digital tools to improve client experiences. Bessie grew up in Gainesville, Georgia and now lives in Atlanta’s Virginia Highland neighborhood. She enjoys being on Lake Burton with her family, cycling, and watching the Dawgs play between the hedges.

Phil leads Atlanta’s tenant rep team, a similar role to the position he held with Southsouce from 2021 until the boutique brokerage merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023. Phil worked at JLL in Atlanta before joining Southsource. While there, he acquired experience in tenant representation, portfolio management, real estate investments, and lease dispositions.

Phil is particularly experienced in advising professional services companies, likely because he is perceptive and inquisitive, catching all manner of details and minutia around the goals of his clients. He has a deep appreciation for the experiential qualities of neighborhoods and buildings, and how those add value for clients. It’s been said that Phil can find the bright side of a cave, and it’s impossible to talk about his work without mentioning his relentless positivity.

Phil is from Pennsylvania, and since 2014 has lived in Atlanta’s Buckhead with his wife, Baxley, and their two sons. He enjoys golf, running, chasing his kids around, live-band karaoke, and any sporting event involving a pro sports team from Philadelphia.

John Neal is an essential part of the Atlanta landlord rep practice, having led the practice area at Southsource before the boutique brokerage merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023. His 16 years in the commercial real estate business took him to both large institutions and small companies. At JP Morgan and MetLife Real Estate, he served in a number of capacities including acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management. At Hollandsworth Construction, he led business strategy and financial operations.

This experience has imbued John Neal’s work style with thoughtfulness and diligence, as evidenced by the trust his clients have in him. Past colleagues and partners know he keeps a level head and stays focused on objectives – making him ever-consistent and dependable. Vince is a Principal with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multi-market tenant advisory and transaction services for corporate clients. Over his career, he has advised some of the world’s largest companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, healthcare and retail, and is responsible for delivering more than $750 million of occupancy cost savings and value for his clients. Since joining Foundry in 2019, Vince has been a top producer and key leader for our Nashville-based Corporate Solutions team and has introduced market-leading best practices that help clients develop strategies, seize opportunities, and achieve optimal performance and value from their real estate portfolios.

Prior to Foundry, as a Senior Managing Director with CBRE, Vince led and expanded many of the company’s most successful long-term client accounts, including NISSAN North America and HCA Healthcare. Vince started his commercial real estate career in 1992 with Trammell Crow Company as Vice President & Controller for the Southeast Region and, in 1997, as Principal, he led TCC’s property management business in the Mid-South. Lindsay Wolcott Brown is a Vice President of Office Agency Leasing for the Foundry Dallas office. As a commercial real estate professional with over 16 years in the industry, she works closely with Matt Hurlbut and Dale Ray to lease office properties in Texas.

Prior to joining Foundry, she was with Avison Young as part of the agency leasing team to lease office product as well as pursue new business. While there, Lindsay leased a portfolio of approx 3.5 Million SF and growing. John Pietkiewicz joined Foundry Commercial in 2013, shortly after he graduated with his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, focusing primarily on landlord representation and office leasing. Jason Holwerda joined the Foundry Commercial team as the Nashville Market Leader in 2014 after spending the first 10 years of his career with Crescent Communities, LLC in leasing and development. As Market Leader Jason is responsible for the overall Nashville business unit and the day-to-day operation as well as maintaining and servicing a number of clients both local and institutional. Jason also serves as the deal principal for the Nashville region and is responsible for sourcing and deploying Foundry capital in the region.

Throughout his brokerage career, Jason has leased over 5 million square feet both on the Landlord and Tenant side of transactions which total more than $1 Billion in total lease transaction volume.  In addition, he has been instrumental in several office and industrial development projects, investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions. Hayley joined the Foundry Corporate Solutions Group in Nashville in January 2021 and is primarily responsible for market analytics, portfolio management, and transaction services for multi-market corporate clients. Prior to joining Foundry, Hayley spent seven years primarily in the industrial products and oil and gas industries working as a technical account manager for Sonoco Products Company where she was responsible for sales, product development, marketing, proposal development, and project management. Gabriel “Gabe” De Jesus came to Foundry Commercial from the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP), formerly the Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC). At the OEP, he was responsible for positioning the Orlando Region as a destination for businesses all over the world and assisting companies looking to expand their operations in the market. During his time at the OEP, his projects resulted in over $131 million invested in Orlando, 586,000 square feet absorbed or built, and $2.1 million in negotiated incentive awards.

Gabe joined Foundry Commercial in January 2015 to help the continually growing Orlando office leasing platform. In 2018 he shifted his focus to lead the Orlando Tenant Representation practice. Since joining the company, Gabe has worked on over $800 million of lease transactions and sales with many of the company’s key clients. Gabe has been awarded the coveted Co-Star power broker six years in a row (2016-2021) for Orlando.

Dianne is a Senior Vice President with over 23 years of experience in the real estate business. Over the last 9 years, she has specialized in multi-market tenant advisory and transaction services for corporate clients.

Prior to joining Foundry, Dianne served her clients and colleagues at OakPoint Advisors providing Tenant Rep and Corporate Advisory Services. Before joining OakPoint, Dianne served as the Director of Lease Administration for ProVenture, managing a portfolio of over 35 million SF across North America, as well as providing a variety of corporate services during her tenure there.

A past recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award, this Minnesota-born, long-time Nashville resident enjoys playing tennis, volunteering for a variety of organizations, traveling the world and spending time with family and friends.

Claiborne specializes in Office Agency Leasing at Foundry Commercial in the Charlotte office. Claiborne handles a portfolio of over 1.3 million SF, for clients including ARA, Zurich Alternative Asset Management, Portman Holdings, and Third and Urban.

Her knowledge and experience in the industry allow her to assist landlord clients with market analysis, lease negotiations, and marketing efforts, in addition to supporting the Agency Team’s business development initiatives.

Prior to joining Foundry, Claiborne spent the summer with ARA Newmark, an investment advisory brokerage firm specializing in multifamily housing. Claiborne is an active member of CREW and CRCBR and was selected as a member of the CRCBR Leadership Class in 2022. She is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Dale Ray is a Principal of Office Agency Leasing for Foundry.  Dale recently joined Foundry Commercial alongside Matt Hurlbut to expand landlord representation for clients throughout Texas. At Foundry, he works closely with clients to position assets for optimal opportunities to negotiate transactions and increase value. Dale also assists Foundry’s D&I team with business development and investment opportunities.

He comes to Foundry following more than seven years as a Principal at Avison Young, where he was part of a team hired to launch the Landlord Services business line in the Dallas region, which resulted in the firm’s growth to over 13 million RSF represented. With more than 33 years of experience in the industry, he has been consistently recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Dallas Business Journal as well as one of the “Best Commercial Real Estate Brokers” in the region by D-CEO Magazine.

Throughout his career, Dale has represented numerous notable properties and transacted on office deals totaling over 14 million RSF including noteworthy transactions with Conifer (196,000 RSF), American Home Mortgage (186,000 RSF), Liberty Mutual (160,000 RSF), Coca-Cola (125,000 RSF), and Oracle (50,000 RSF).

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.

Dan Bauchiero, CCIM is a Senior Vice President of Tenant and Landlord Representation for the Foundry Nashville office. As a commercial real estate professional with over 18 years in the industry, he provides leasing, negotiation, marketing, and business development services in the Middle Tennessee sector.

Prior to joining Foundry, he was with Eakin Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm that owned and developed Class-A office space throughout the region. In his nearly two decades in the industry, he has leased and sold over 6 million square feet of office space in Tennessee valued at over $1 billion.

Bauchiero earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. In addition, he remains active in the Nashville chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for which he served as chapter president in 2019 and is also a member of the Executive Board. In 2011, he was recognized with the NAIOP Service & Leadership Award in Nashville, and he has also been named a CoStar Power Broker as well as a Nashville Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter.

Cheshire Webb joins Foundry Commercial as Vice President, with a focus on the corporate services business and tenant representation. Cheshire is a corporate real estate strategist, consultant and broker, licensed in North Carolina and New York State with over 15 years’ experience, representing both public and private companies throughout multiple industries. He will continue to focus on occupier services and growing the tenant representation platform in Foundry’s Raleigh office.

Cheshire has an extensive background in real estate that began in NYC, where he worked on Wall Street, Long Island, and in the Tri State Region. Alongside brokerage, his business experience includes strategic consulting, asset repositioning, site selection, acquisition, disposition, real estate administration, and portfolio management. Through his diverse background and well-established business relationships, Cheshire has acquired a unique and broad-based client following. A sophisticated approach to the business allows him to better position clients towards long-term solutions instead of simply finding space and negotiating a lease from a one-off perspective.

Cheshire grew up in Raleigh’s Hayes Barton neighborhood and attended Broughton High School locally and Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia. He graduated from the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa) and later completed graduate studies in the real estate program at New York University. Cheshire is married to Ashley Vermillion Webb, a leading Triangle high-end women’s boutique owner for over 15 years, and together they are raising three daughters.

Charles Jonas serves as the Executive Managing Director leading Capital Markets for Foundry’s Development & Investment platform while also helping lead its Service business. Charles applies a diverse and extensive 20-year real estate background to these endeavors which include capital raises, brokerage, market growth, and management.

As head of Capital Markets, Charles connects capital with specific Foundry investment or development opportunities that match the long-term investment strategies of our clients. Foundry has completed more than $4.6 billion in acquisitions and development opportunities since 2014. As a Services leader at Foundry, Charles has direct oversight for the Carolina and Texas markets, helps drive company’s overall growth in strategic geographical markets, leads acquisitions and recruitment of talent, and works with clients on execution of their investment thesis.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Charles led JLL’s Regional Agency Leasing Team in the Carolinas helping to grow its client base to over 8M SF of office assets. Prior to JLL, Charles led multiple divisions at a regional real estate firm, Trinity Partners, including Senior Leasing Agent, Managing Director for Business Development, and Managing Director of the Tenant Representation Group.

Charles is a frequent panelist for numerous real estate organizations speaking about local and regional real estate trends, and the broader impact of macro economics on local real estate markets for such organizations as NAIOP, CRCBR, InterFace, Charlotte Business Journal, and CoreNet. Charles is a Charlotte native and a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of NAIOP (former President, Charlotte Chapter), ULI (IOPC Gold Council), CRCBR (Charlotte’s commercial real estate board), Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Charlotte’s Trail of History (former Chairman), and current Chairman of The May 20th Society. He served as Co-Chair of the Charlotte City Bond initiative and was recognized as Charlotte’s 40 Under 40.

Brian Brtalik serves as Managing Director and Principal at Foundry Commercial. Mr. Brtalik’s current responsibilities include handling transactional implementation for his team’s existing clients, as well as overseeing the overall Tenant Representation practice in Charlotte.

During his 23-year tenure, Mr. Brtalik has assisted some of the world’s most sophisticated occupiers of real estate. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Mr. Brtalik led the Tenant Representation team for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, as well as serving with CBRE’s Tenant Representation teams in Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC. He has been called upon numerous times throughout his career to serve as atopic expert in the field of Corporate Services and has spoken regularly at real estate venues.

Mr. Brtalik has been recognized in Charlotte as one of the leading Tenant Representation brokers in the city. Having been involved in several of the region’s most publicized deals, Mr. Brtalik has represented clients in over 5,500,000 RSF of transactions totaling in excess of $1.5B in lease consideration over the last 10 years alone. Mr. Brtalik is also heavily involved in the Charlotte community on both a professional and personal level. A member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Mr. Brtalik has been recognized for his performance in the Charlotte market, which ranks him at, or near the top, annually. On the personal side, Mr. Brtalik is deeply committed to the betterment of the community. Having faced challenges at birth with his 3rd daughter, Mr. Brtalik now champions local efforts for OneBlood (formerly Community Blood Center of the Carolinas), Presbyterian Hospital, and the March of Dimes, where he and his wife have helped chair one of the region’s largest annual fundraisers. Mr. Brtalik is a graduate of Penn State University and lives in South Charlotte with his wife, Kim, and their four daughters.

Brian Brooks serves Foundry Commercial as Vice President of Brokerage Services, with 15 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on tenant representation and acquisitions/dispositions. As a member of the Foundry team, Brian has represented over 1,000,000 SF of transactions.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Brian worked at Lincoln Property Company where he helped start the Dallas Tenant Representation Team and represented more than 500,000 SF of office, retail, and warehouse users. Transaction experience includes renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, dispositions and lease re-negotiations.

Brad Chrischilles is a Principal with Foundry Commercial and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate. Brad leads business development and execution of Tenant Advisory Services along with a parallel economic incentives negotiation program. He has extensive negotiating experience with a diverse range of national, regional and local companies, closing leases valued at more than $800 million. Brad has also represented owners of more than ten million square feet of office and flex projects in Jacksonville. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, he served in a similar capacity with the Trammell Crow Company.

Andrew Hawkins is a Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial with 13 years of experience in commercial real estate including landlord and tenant advisory services. Prior to Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, he served as Partner at Transwestern in New York after beginning his real estate career at Grubb & Ellis in 2001.

Andrew spent two years with Jones Lang LaSalle in their Corporate Occupiers Group where he represented Standard Chartered Bank for over 150,000 square feet, as well as acting as an ongoing consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and the Swedish Consulate in New York for their Midtown East owned properties.

During his career, Andrew has been involved with leasing and investment sales transactions well in excess of $1 billion, comprised primarily within the office, retail and industrial sectors. He provides skillful real estate strategies to occupiers of space through meaningful, best-dedicated practices meant to ensure successful outcomes for his clients.

Alex Rosario is a Principal and North Florida Market Leader at Foundry Commercial, where he leads Agency leasing for the Central Florida Region. Consistently named a NAIOP’s Top Office Broker of Year and a CoStar “Power Broker,” Alex has spent his career assisting landlord clients in new business, deploying capital and maximizing investment returns on those assets. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Alex worked at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. Throughout his career, Alex has negotiated more than $950 million dollars of real estate transactions on an office portfolio over 5.5 million square feet.
