Anna Woody joined Foundry in late 2024 as Project Manager where she brings with her nearly 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management. Anna has managed projects in the Triangle area to include Hospitality, Medical, Office, Industrial, Government and Capital Improvements. Anna also managed the fit-up of the historical courthouse in Charleston, SC in 2023. Anna has worked with tenants, owners and Landlords and is well equipped at delivering projects on time and within budget. Some of the projects Anna has been a part of in recent years include the 55,000 SF Wake County Health and Human Services relocation to 4401 Bland Road in Raleigh totaling $2.4M; 66,000 SF Fit-Up for Varonis at 3300 Paramount Parkway, Morrisville, NC totaling $10.0M; Clean Room for Realo Pharmacy at 3800 Gateway, Morrisville, NC totaling $1.0 M. Martin Mercado is a Project Management Professional based in Boca Raton, FL. Although his career started in design as a Senior Store Designer and Planner for Macy’s Inc., he discovered a hidden passion for the construction industry after transitioning into it. Prior to joining Foundry, Zane served as a Relationship Manager for a national nonprofit where he led their outreach to professional school students and supported the organization’s funding and strategic planning processes, winning over $10mm in institutional funding. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Florida.

Matthew Braun is a Senior Project manager in Tampa Office. He is the past Director of Construction for Meridian Development Group. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate and construction management experience, Mr. Braun has been responsible for:

David worked for Focus Construction and oversaw the renovations to a 17-story hotel on Disney property in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Prior to Focus, he worked as a Senior Project Manager for Sharpe Project Developments providing Owner’s Representation services for developments from preliminary concept through construction. He also served as a Vice President for Falcon Construction managing more than five multifamily residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion valued over $95 million.
