Devin began his career in real estate while attending the University of Missouri where he received his BS in Business and Hospitality and worked for a student housing operator off campus. Lauren Villnow serves as Real Estate Manager in the Nashville area supporting the management of over 2 million SF of Class A Office, Retail, and Industrial assets. Her responsibilities include annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting, expense reconciliations, property inspections, and project management. In addition, she manages tenant satisfaction and relations, maintains vendor contracts and relationships, and oversees day-to-day management of maintenance personnel.
Prior to Foundry Commercial, Lauren began her career in Managed Care Contracting in Atlanta before moving to Nashville and working in Private Equity for 3 years. Lauren transitioned to Real Estate Management with Welltower, Inc. in 2018 as a Property Administrator and then as Assistant Real Estate Manager beginning in 2020 managing medical office buildings in the Midwest and greater Nashville and Knoxville areas. As an AREM, she directly managed 360,000 SF across five medical office buildings serving several hospital systems.

Upon relocating to Orlando in 1991 Maria broadened her career in the hospitality industry joining Days Inn and then Elsafe, Inc., a hotel safe provider. She gained construction and property management experience during her tenure with Commons Medical Development in 1996, a healthcare facilities construction company and in 2005 with The Trident Group as Director of Administration. Maria joined CBRE in 2008 as Assistant Property Manager. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Nancy managed properties throughout Central Florida for Trammell Crow Company, Lincoln Property Company and for Carter as the Director of Property Management. Nancy joined CNL in 1998 to open CNL Center I and in 2005 opened CNL Center II.

John Schneider is the Operations Manager for Foundry Commercial in California. He led the creation of the Facility Management team that serves clients in the state, and oversees its daily operations. John has worked in the commercial real estate field for over 20 years. His specialty is designing and building effective teams, and implementing technology to improve operations. Prior to joining Foundry, John served as Director of Information Technology for DAUM Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles, where he was hired in 1997 to build and deploy a technology platform. Ten years later, after a successful I.T. platform was in place, he transitioned into property management and facility operations. John joined Foundry Commercial in 2016. Overview
Cary Fronstin is a partner and director of property management operations for Foundry Commercial. Mr. Fronstin oversees property management staff for Foundry’s 35 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio. He has 28 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously held roles as Asset Manager and Commercial Property Appraiser.
Mr. Fronstin has an extensive institutional management background and has worked with some of the largest real estate owners in the country such as NYL Real Estate Investors, Zurich, American Realty Advisors, Principal Real Estate Investors, TIAA-CREF, Invesco Realty Advisors, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, RAIT, and RREEF. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Mr. Fronstin was Director of Office Management at Urban Retail, spent six years with Grubb and Ellis /Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as Associate Director of the Southeast, and eight years with Trammell Crow Company as Vice President of Property Management.
Mr. Fronstin previously served on BOMA International’s Executive Committee and is a Past President of both BOMA Florida and South Florida.

This role combined with retail management at CBRE has ensured that Cheryl has a solid base of knowledge in the real estate industry.

She is responsible for the monthly financial reporting, annual budget, operating reconciliations, negotiating and supervision of contracts, tenant and capital improvement projects. Conducts formal site inspections and tenant visits to establish and maintain open, positive relationship at all times with tenants and ensuring that all services and needs are met.
During her career, Ana has managed assets for TA Realty and Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association. Ana began her Career at The Hogan Group where she spent 15 years managing 1 million square feet of “Class A” office space. During her tenure, she worked closely with the institutional owner and maintained a virtuous working relationship. Ben Hullender serves as a Real Estate Manager for Foundry Commercial working out of Charlotte. Ben has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is responsible for managing approximately 1.5 million square feet throughout the Southeast, a diverse portfolio of grocery-anchored, specialty retail, enclosed malls, residential, office and industrial assets. His management responsibilities include working closely with property owners, asset managers, other real estate managers, as well as building engineers and various vendors throughout his entire portfolio to provide full service management. Ben’s background in operations, engineering, problem solving, and systems management provides him with a skill set to solve issues at a cost savings to ownership.
Prior to joining the Foundry team, Ben served as real estate manager for Eastern Federal Corporation overseeing the entire ±250,000-square-foot portfolio with properties in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tallahassee, Florida. In addition to the day-to-day operations, Ben was also responsible for the lead engineer duties including setting up, monitoring, and completing all capital improvements throughout the entire portfolio

Alana Guinard joined Foundry Commercial as the Real Estate Manager of the Gateway Center in Orlando, FL in 2017. She is responsible for the day to day operations of a Class A high-rise located downtown where she ensures the clients goals are met.
Mrs. Guinard brings 12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Mrs. Guinard managed an office portfolio of +/- 560,000 SF. Her experience also includes managing retail portfolios of over 1 Million SF, transaction coordination, marketing, leasing and operations management of a full service commercial real estate firm.

Prior to Newmark, Kellie spent seven years as a senior real estate manager at CBRE managing office, retail and industrial properties for institutional clients and started her career working for a South Florida owner/developer managing their portfolio of office and retail properties throughout South Florida.
