Westpark 85 is a Class-A industrial park development, to be comprised of five buildings totaling just over 1M square feet of space on 100 acres in the Airport/West industrial submarket of Charlotte, NC. The project is is located along I-85 with proposed access to Sam Wilson Rd, in the northwest quadrant of the I-85/I-485 interchange.
