As the exclusive leasing agent, Foundry provides retail leasing services for 580,000+ square feet of commercial space at the following locations: Gateway Plaza in Sanford, Fla. (214,489 square feet), Springs Plaza in Longwood, Fla. (64,753 square feet), Casselberry Exchange in Altamonte Springs, Fla. (120,098 square feet) and Orlando Square in Orlando, Fla. (183,832 square feet).
