Foundry Commercial Named Exclusive Leasing Agent and Property Management Firm for Globe Center Industrial Park

– Foundry Commercial, LLC, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, was recently named the exclusive leasing agent and property management firm by Globe Center Drive Investors LLC for Globe Center Industrial Park, long-considered one of the top-tier Class-A industrial parks in the Raleigh-Durham area. Located less than one mile from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport in Morrisville, NC, Globe Center consists of eight buildings that total approximately 850,000 square feet.
