Foundry Commercial Named Leasing Agent for Renovated Six-Story Winter Park Building Located Directly Off Interstate

Winter Park, Fla. (October 3, 2019) – Foundry Commercial, the multi-market commercial real estate firm with offices across the Southeast and Texas, was recently selected by Owens Realty Capital to serve as the leasing agent for the six-story building at 2699 Lee Road, located on the northeast corner of Wymore and Lee Roads off Interstate 4 in Winter Park. 

Owens Realty Capital – which has owned the building for just over 1.5 years – is currently renovating all common areas, the elevators, bathrooms and the lobby space in the building. Current tenants in the 92,000-square-foot building include Orlando Orthopaedic Center and Waterstone Mortgage Corporation. Additional tenants are expected to lease space upon completion of the renovations in the first quarter of 2020.
